I think it is a quarter of a point move up, but a neutral stance by the Fed, opening up the way I think for a big rally for the rest of the year,

We will leave numbers unchanged and retain our neutral stance based on valuation.

I'm not very enthusiastic. I think the market is not behaving well as a whole, ... There's just a lot of trepidation about earnings when you look forward into the new year when the reports come in January.
