The market for utilities is heating up. Either one of these potential buyers would have synergies.

The efficiencies are there with greater size. As the trend picks up then the rest of the companies and regulators will see the need for the rest of the industry to consolidate and share in the economies of scale.

Some of Europe's formerly nationally owned companies, like EDF, have benefited from favorable rules that made it harder for competitors. The actions of one big participant like this tend to serve as a catalyst.

Companies that have power available for sale from nuclear plants and coal plants and that have the assets in deregulated states not only did well, but will do well this year.

I think we have the same potential to run the ball as well as that team. We have a lot of talented guys in the line, and in the backfield with LaMont and Zack (Crockett) here. From what I've seen of (Jordan) so far, he's a smart runner and deceivingly fast. He ran away from the whole Kansas City defense two weeks ago. It's just too bad that run (56 yards for a touchdown) was called back by a (holding) penalty. But we have faith in his ability. Everybody has to take the blame.
