The man defense wasn't working. That's the first time we've played zone all year. Sometimes you have to put your ego aside and do what it takes to win.

We played will in spurts. We have to a better job playing man-to-man defense. We didn't take advantage of getting to foul line when we were the bonus situations.

They're just so good defensively. Tonight it was the zone (defense), and last time it was man-to-man. And that proves how good they are. They can do whatever they want.

Foul trouble hurt us, and we had to change our defense. We had been doing well with our man defense, but when we had to change it, we weren't as aggressive.

I've been around GM for a long time, through the 1970s and 1982. They didn't make attacks on retirees then.

We challenged them at both ends, we just had too many turnovers. We just couldn't control the ball. I'm proud of them. They showed a lot of heart and a lot of hustle and hopefully when they go to high school they will learn from this experience. This is the farthest we have ever been and I look forward to being back again.
