The lake already has been viewed as very good, if not outstanding, for boating, fishing, camping, and hunting.

They're an outstanding and professional company that has experience managing resorts in both Minnesota and Iowa. They are a professional firm, have a good team of engineers and architects ready to design this facility and they have an impeccable record of operating resort parks.

We are going to get this thing done.

This is hopefully going to be a good model for other corners of the state. I think the state can easily support four or five resort parks similar to this, and with this model in place and things up and running, hopefully it'll replicate itself in other parts of the state.
