The key for us is to play good defense. When we do that, everything else takes care of itself. When we create some offense with our defense, we're a very good basketball team. We made them turn the ball over a lot and take some bad shots.

I felt good, able to throw strikes with my defense behind me.

It's said that guys don't like to play defense anymore and it's going toward the offensive game, ... Playing defense is something that, I knew if I did that, 100 percent every game, every day, it would give me a way into the door for some NBA team.

We've done this the past three games. We have tried all year long to find out how to play with energy and excitement.

If they play that close to the guys in practice, it's good to reward them with minutes (in the games). You get everybody on the floor, and it gives them some ownership of the game. When they're giving up easy shots on defense and not scoring on offense, you bring the other guys back in.

We have to play good on the defensive end and let our offense come to us. But if it's not going well for us that day, we just have to outrun the team that day. Just do what we're good at and stop them at what they're good at and we should have no problem.
