The intent of the project is to replace some sections of pipe that are collapsing and upgrade a storm drainage culvert to North Mill Pond.

This project to me, is (about) renovations. We have to upgrade everything in this building.

To upgrade to IA 64, all you have to do is replace a cell board in the product. With IBM, you're going to have to switch systems, and with Sun, you're going to have to switch vendors.

We have evaluated possible pond sites for the project, and this particular parcel is the most viable, from a drainage standpoint and a fiscal perspective.
