The idea of the preview tournament is for the girls to have a chance to practice before going to their big tournament in London.

The girls will then be flying to London on Mar 20 where they will have two days to prepare, train, get a tour of Twickenham [the home of English rugby], before taking part in the Wooden Spoon National School Sevens.

All accommodation, transportation, insurance and registration fees are being sponsored by Move One.

I told the girls that we have to come ready to practice tomorrow. We lost a close one to Galva on Friday and we have a good shot at beating them.

One thing we talked about is that we wanted to come back and practice. We enjoy playing with these girls.

The win motivated [the girls] to practice better. Everyone's improving.
