The houses were priced a lot higher than what we expected. I am glad on the flip side that the housing market is doing well, despite the job situation.

We used 30 minutes of studio time here and there when people had openings. We recorded it at various houses in this town and a few studios we can't mention. We had it mastered at Georgetown.

We wear respirators when we're in the houses. We've been taking mud out in wheelbarrows. You walk in a room and it just makes you want to throw up.

For the most part, what we're seeing is folks are ... selling their houses down in Montgomery County, moving farther west and making that commute down (Interstate) 70.

But we still like what we have up front.
