Investors and institutions buy our shares because they want to buy real estate in Singapore. Our priority is to extract value out of Singapore. No competitor has so many sites to create the luxury niche that we have started developing.

We have continued our focus on driving the operational performance of our hotels to maximize returns and have delivered first half results in line with our expectations. The group continues to benefit from a diversified global portfolio with our hotels continuing their upward trends, leaving us well positioned for the second half of the year.

Once the rules are set, I would know which one would give me a better deal, ... But you also run the danger the partner you want to choose would not be a successful partner. So preferably, if you can, partner with three, four or five of them, or the whole lot. One of them will get it!
