The government is not going to default on contracts they have with the public. The bottom line and the word we have to get out is that it doesn't matter the size of this, we will be able to pay the claims.

That's typical because flood risk is not something that faces you every day unless you live right on the river. You know your house could catch fire. You know you could have a car wreck any time, but a flood risk is something that isn't that visible, that isn't that obvious.

I suspect they'll do it incrementally because there is a question of whether that is enough. But however they do it, Congress is going to provide enough to pay off whatever claims come under the program. Those are contracts.

One of the concerns we always have after is a flood is people rush in to rebuild. And in a lot of cases, the community doesn't grab hold of the process like they should. But if you have a larger event, you are much more conscious of limiting the damage next time. That is certainly going to happen in New Orleans.

It's more practical to wait and see what the government decides.
