The government depends on us to give them information on how many families are here even if they don't plan to relocate them,

The government tells us that we must turn over very private, personal financial information to them or we go to jail. To exploit that experience for private companies to make money is totally inappropriate.

All of this information that's being collected about us, ... increasingly, the government, of course, is seeking access to that information. And the rules just aren't there.

It absolutely saves a lot of time. It allowed us to get information out quickly. It's a great component in the whole network. People know to be vigilant. There's a feeling that we're aware.

It's much easier to get your account information the old-fashioned way (on paper) than it is online.
