The government constitute ninety percent of the reason why poverty is on the increase. Some said I hate the government, I do not hate them; I'm part of them, I just don't understand their policies and it beats my imagination why we have so many ducklings and never-do-well in the federal establishments...especially in the police, the 'big guys' are certainly not fit to be called boss.
