Walk tall, kick ass, learn to speak new language, love music, and never forget you come from a long line of truth seekers, lovers, and warriors. You have to think anyway, so think big. Salt in the air, sun kissed hair. Harley bikers are back. Jazz on the streets, kite surfing, fireworks, festivals, music, night bazaar, movies & popcorns, farmers market, strange flowers, sunglasses, journal, sun hat, country side, beaches, no makeup and the list goes on. I feel summer creepin' in. Every summer has a story. Bliss is the sand between my toes. Some of the best memories are made in flip flops! It’s a smirk, it's a memoir, it's a sip of lemonade... it's summertime!

Rainbows and butterflies, cattails and dandelions, waterfalls and rainforests, puppy dogs and dragonflies, sea foam and orcas, sunshine and comets, chilliness and icicles, wildflowers and prairie grass. The sun shines hot and the wind blows cold. It is summer in the light, and winter in the shade. It's a helluva start! What a strange thing to be alive beneath cherry blossoms.

Winter strips the leaves and the beautiful leaves grow old. No shade, no shine, no butterflies, no bees. Nature listening. A million little suns (snowflake) drops; nature most delicate things, but just look what they can do when they stick together. Coming together, sharing together, working together, and succeeding together. Less me, more we.

Don’t judge yourself by your past, you don’t live there anymore. Just because you’re not where you want to be today, doesn’t mean you won’t be there someday. You can turn it all around in the blink of an eye, by making a simple choice to stand back up – to try again, to love again, to live again, and to dream again. No one can ride you, unless your back is bent. Be a critic, but only criticize yourself in areas that you know you need to grow.
