The gold standard of group-study space is Huntsman. So we got students to tell us what they liked about Huntsman and what they didn't.

If we built this place out of all of these group study rooms, this place would have looked like a cell block.

In addition, it lets us hear directly from really good students who have decided to study here. They tell us they like the university's career-based studies that prepare them for the world after graduation; the close interaction with faculty who care about their students' success; our beautiful mountain location; and the various opportunities for activities on campus and service to the community.

We agreed that we'll charge for space rent and they'll charge us for students in concurrent enrollment and at the end of the semester we'll balance the books, ... I'm sure we'll be within a few hundred dollars of one another. It's important to get back on an even keel and back where we should be for the benefit of our kids and their kids.

Before women start rushing to this agent, a truly placebo-controlled, double-blind, multi-institutional study has to be done,

I don't think that's true, that there are majors that can't study abroad. If there are students who want to, we have short-term or summer programs if they don't want to do a full academic semester, and we can also talk with the heads of their departments and try to work something out.
