The girls know what this means. They've put in the work. And if they weren't up for it by now, there's not a lot I could do to change that.

These girls are competitive from the word go. They're very driven. A little bit of coaching goes a long way.

As a ninth-grader, this builds a lot of confidence.

Every week, they've improved and grown more confident. They did so much, especially considering how young they are. I couldn't be more pleased with them.

With this job I get to cover three important areas ? community, clinical and food service. I get to work with students in the mornings and with doctors and the community in the evening. What more could I ask for?

I've been stressing to the girls that we have to have the complete package. We just can't work on one special thing. I just feel like the girls are starting to feel more comfortable out of the floor.
