The girls have cousins and sisters with state championships so they know what it takes.

We have a very close team this year. The girls are like sisters to each other and the chemistry between them is great.

It is an individual sport. But I (preached) the team sport because these girls were like my little sisters. They were like a family.

Some of the girls who didn't eat cereal, would just raid the fridge in the morning, ... One had a breakfast of hot dogs and chocolate milk.

But what Mom never told me is that along the way, you find sisters, and they find you. Girls are cool that way.

Not eating breakfast is the worst thing you can do, that's really the take-home message for teenage girls.
