The fourth quarter was a strong quarter and 2005 was a watershed year for us in many respects. During the year, our mines performed well, energy prices continued to rise and we executed our plan to establish the value of our gas business.

The construction of our new headquarters reflects both the optimism with which we view the energy business and our commitment to this area. We expect our company to grow, and we believe that our growth will be an important driver in the growth of the region.

I have not signed anything. I can assure you I would know if it had come to us.
