[The] former regime elements ... seem to have very good operational secrecy, ... And thus far it's not been that easy to make a dent in that part of the insurgency.

It is regrettable to say that until now there are big numbers of elements, not only former regime elements, but supervisors of some terrorist groups who are now in Jordan.

They're a very good team. They haven't gotten a lot of wins thus far, but they haven't not been in any games this year. We've seen video of their games this year, and they've played very good games and stayed right with [their opponents].

The organization's core elements still plot and make preparations for terrorist strikes against the homeland and other targets from bases in the Pakistan-Afghanistan border area.

Not that any of this is ever easy, remembering it. It is important to me, as a former sergeant in the Army, that we don't forget what they did on our homeland. Too many people have forgotten.

Certainly, we know where the key installations are. Are there others that we're not aware of at all? You don't know what you don't know.
