The first goal we scored was great and I think it was some of the best soccer we have played. We knocked a couple of passes around and hit a good cross in and just touched it in.

We're still a little tired from this weekend and we had some trouble getting going. But once things did get going it made it a lot easier.

We could have put the game out of reach and we didn't. In the second half, we let them get back in the game after we scored the goal and then we just killed off the game.

We had our chances at the end and couldn't finish those chances. They continued to win every ball in the middle. Every high ball, they won. That was it. That's going to kill us all year until someone reads the paper hopefully or figures out what we're going to have to do.

That was the game. Until we can win balls in the air, we are never going to beat teams like that. It's as simple as that.

She's faster than everybody else. I don't think there are a lot of teams who have as good of forwards as we do. Everybody knows that and they defend for that, and we still score on them.
