The first day of practice we set some lofty goals, and a lot of people might have laughed at them. But we told them at the very beginning, 'It doesn't matter what the rankings are. All we can do is control ourselves on the floor.' And these guys continue to amaze even me.

I'm very happy for the guys. They work hard every day at practice and have had the goal since the start of the season.

It's a play we practice every day and I swear that was the first time I've thrown that lob (pass) that perfect.

I'm looking at people to take notes for press conferences and even after practice on Wednesday. So I'm looking at needing probably 10 people who are experienced at taking quotes and transcribing them in a timely manner and also being comfortable asking questions of a coach if needed.

That's all exterior. That's for fans. That's for media. Our kids go about their business every day at practice just like they're working for success.

One of my goals is to get the Battlefield promotion, ... So it is on my mind, but I'm trying not to dwell on it. This is definitely the closest I've been since I got my second win.
