The feel of small-town America is still strong here.

At three eggs for a dollar, we don't make a ton of money doing it, but people really enjoy it.

I've been through some hard times ... and have lived on the edge, but I have never experienced real hunger. It is a stressful experience ... Many poor families are experiencing hunger. It is inhuman.

Gloversville is tough in that there's a perception to overcome -- that it's a dying mill town.
