The fact that there was no work done until this year made it much more expensive and labor-intensive.

We made a dent in it, but there's still a lot more there. We learned it's a very large undertaking.

More maintenance work is being done out of Southeast Asia and China. The real savings are in labor. There's a lot more work to be done and a lot of savings can come out.

We got clearance from Labor and Industries to go back to work and we're continuing to monitor the building.
