The fact that there are non-criminal aliens in the country does not mean that they are Scot-free. Anybody who is in this country illegally runs a risk.

With the number of illegal aliens, we can't drop our criminal prosecutions to handle administrative arrests. We have to prioritize.

We don't have an office there. That's part of the problem, but we're not saying that we wouldn't respond.
