The fact is we are not a taxicab service. If we start a precedent of taking someone anywhere think about it.

I absolutely hate it, but in a time of budget cuts we have to look at things that are considered luxuries. It's a non-required luxury. This is a very difficult thing to do. It's a hard decision to make, but it's got to be done.

We need to know what we're up against. We're going to probably have to look at something between $3 million and $6 million.

It has certainly been a shock to me. This is the first time we've ever known this to happen.

It's $16 million or $18 million (in cuts) that year and the year after that. This is not going to be easy for the next three years.

There will always be folks who will find lots of reasons not to change. But I think a balanced calendar is part of a winning combination.
