The exciting thing about my campaign is that when I go door to door and introduce myself, people have heard of me now. I have recognition. I didn't have that two weeks ago.

I think I have common sense. There are so many pieces of legislation that don't pass that kind of test.

We're running a grassroots campaign. We don't have a lot of money. It is sort of an uphill battle, but I'm glad I'm doing it. I think it's important that progressives have their voices heard.

People see good things have started happening and we'll continue to push it forward. I'm a taxpayer and I want to see the same.

I remember all the people there. It made me want to get back.

We're going to be monitoring people so we know what kind of employment they are looking for.
