The election is finally over. Italians no longer have any doubts about our triumph.

We have won by a whisker, now we must begin to govern.

We demonstrated and will continue to demonstrate our complete solidarity with the government and people of the United States. I would not like there to be any doubt about that.

We too have a fridge and even a freezer.

I don't want to pass a punitive law, or use politics as a vendetta.

Italy knows it needs harmony.
