The difference between a so called â€˜Intelligent Personâ€ and an â€˜Underprivileged Personâ€ is that an intelligent person, learns and takes account from oneâ€™s own or otherâ€™s mistakes or advise. An underprivileged person is a person who thinks they are above all knowledge of others and therefore the only teachings they receive are the ignorant or repetitive teachings they give themselves, thus stagnating their mental horizon, as intelligent as they maybe, after time they become â€˜Underprivilegedâ€™.
