The deceased victims' deaths were slow and agonizing and, in essence, occurred in ever-increasing stages of mental anguish and physical pain.

Things are much, much better, but it caused physical and mental anguish, and it caused stress on our marriage. I am very bitter. I don't believe there's enough justification for what they did. Greed is a horrible, horrible thing.

There were 284 deaths from West Nile virus last year, (but) 30,000 deaths from pneumonia and influenza, and those are diseases that we can immunize against, ... So this is still a quite rare condition and not something that people should be overly concerned about.
