The database has been customized to the point where it is incredibly user friendly. It is like an online Rolodex.

It has eliminated a tremendous amount of man hours.

The color coding works great. It provides an at-a-glance reminder of work outstanding and completed.

They are familiar with my background and comfortable bringing me in. I'm really excited, because this is a team in contention for a title every year.

A deal [with United] is in the makings. Right now I'm waiting for it, so I can get it signed.
