The curtailment is not ongoing. If the stalemate continues, the curtailment will be on imports from February thereafter. But in January there is no problem.

There is a situation in the market where people are panic buying, creating some shortages, but these are temporary and have been resolved. At the moment there are no supply issues and we are continuing to issue stocks that are with us.

That (the date of placing orders) is currently being decided, but following our talks we are looking positively at the situation and hope to reach a solution soon.
