The current conversation about immigration is based on fear and misunderstanding. It's not based on fact, concern about safety, or even really about jobs.

Public safety is our primary concern,

The initial stages of our investigation indicate there isn't a public-safety concern. At this point, we're just doing everything we can to be prudent.

There is a legitimate concern there for the safety of their members.

Obviously it was something that caused them concern and a bit of distress, and obviously they feared for their safety at that point and felt that it was best to get away,

There was only one catch and that was Catch-22, which specified that a concern for one's own safety in the face of dangers that were real and immediate was the process of a rational mind.
