The creditors' committee is not Noah's Ark, you don't take two of every species.

We are a naturally hierarchical species.

There are times when creditors do not believe (victims) and require them to prove that it wasn't them who made the expenses, and it's very hard to prove a negative.

Doing it this way is not going to have a diverse committee. It's going to be lopsided.

The committee-of-the-whole structure, I think, is ineffective, and it hasn't accomplished the original goal that it set out to do.
