The course really helps spark some interest in a lot of things the kids may not have considered before.

There were a lot of headaches during the early stages of the program.

We wanted to revamp the program and maybe get the focus changed a little bit. We wanted to look at other areas of agriculture, because a large number of our students do not live on the farms.

It's probably the biggest thing we're doing now, as far as a change, or addition to what we've been doing the past five years.

We think it's reasonable and in the best interest of the players. Without it, you would have more kids leaving school early, dropping out of the educational system to pursue a career in NFL unsuccessfully. They're going to have some agent telling them they are better than they are.

Our goal with the Kids' Club is to provide a medium that encourages children's interest in exploring the subjects important to developing early skills in science, technology, engineering and mathematics.
