The (contractor) provider is increasingly having more authority on services they are going to provide.

At this point, we are going to wait for some higher authority to say whether it should be catalogued differently. I think it is disappointing that some would do that and not be conscious of the fact that we're misrepresenting their work.

It's a self-fulfilling prophecy. We told them that these things would happen. It's frustrating.

Building up reserves for the sake of reserves is just as questionable as spending when you don't need to. The poor pay these taxes, too. And there are needs.

The money is there; now we can only hope the will to do something for poor Floridians will follow.

On the whole, we're very pleased.
