The Commonwealth Games holds a very special place in my heart. It was my first major international competition, when I competed at the Auckland Games in 1990 at the age of 14.

It is something I have never done before, which is always exciting. I have always had fond memories in my heart for the Commonwealth Games. The 1990 Games in Auckland was the first time I went to Auckland, as a 14-year-old.

I've been to one or two of these before so maybe I can give an insight into it.

But we tried our best. We had a very difficult competition, five very tough games in 10-12 days.

The Olympic Games is the ultimate level of competition.

It's probably a step up in terms of competition and number of games. And we're bringing a couple of attractive teams from afar.
