The commission receives many complaints and has limited resources. They must pick cases they'll go forward with. Sometimes they'll take no action or decide not to pursue a case.

It didn't take long to reach a decision. All six members voted in favor.

Any ongoing complaint is confidential until the commission closes the case or takes final action. Some cases are more complicated than others, there are many factors involved as to how long it will take to investigate.

We are unaware of any widespread complaints related to crew processing concerns. Because crews have their own lanes [at immigration and customs], oftentimes they move through more expeditiously than other travelers.

Just like with any issue, if we get complaints, we go out there.

Lately there have been complaints that the use of the magnitude scale is confusing, or at least the reporting of magnitudes in the newspapers 'confuses the public.
