The case was on the verge of being dismissed at about the time she made contact with us.

She had committed she would come forward and testify and everything that might entail. Obviously she took a big risk doing the interview. We had to turn it over to the defense.

Any time a new process comes into the market, there is always a pioneer. In this case, it's us, ... But this isn't about one picture, it's about the future. We are waiting to see how it all plays out. But at the same time, we are committed to the process and believe, as filmmakers (Robert) Zemeckis and (James) Cameron believe, this is where it is going.

They haven't done a significant amount of investigation at all. Eventually, I expect the case to be dismissed.

We're in this for the long haul. Each case is different.

We made contact, but we didn't hit the ball hard. We made their defense look better than I thought it was.
