The Bush administration is keen to revive the U.S. civilian nuclear industry. It seems to me the only way the nuclear power industry in the U.S. can be revived is to get India to place some multibillion-dollar nuclear reactor contracts.

The Bush administration has given a pass to the cargo industry,

The Bush administration has tried to make Venezuela seem like a spooky, murky place. But they have cried wolf too often. Without serious evidence, you can't take their accusations seriously.

This is a case where the Bush administration doesn't need to spell out what they did and why they did it. It's as plain as a wart on the nose of a Miss America. Any attempt by Bush's spokespeople to present this as anything other than an admission of error will be laughed out of the public square.
