The budget is going to be OK. We're not going to have a windfall of money, but we have resources.

I think the tuition can be easily justified. It's a very responsible increase for higher education to ask for. It's not a bank buster.

The building is unique because there will be a rooftop garden.

It is the largest building on campus. The building will be labeled a 'green building' because it will be LEED [Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design] certified.

Local legislatures, politicians, friends of the university and students will be able to come see the building.

The money just goes around in circles anyway. We'd like to have it all untangled, particularly the retroactivity feature.
