The boys did a good job of keeping the ball low going into the wind. We played like the wind wasn't even blowing.

In all honesty, I don't have any regrets about the game. Especially, when the boys didn't give up. They were fighting right until the end. This was a great high school basketball game.

That is just what little boys like to do. But there are definitely some little girls out there too.

Man, I always felt like high school football was where I needed to be. Having three boys helps that decision. Here at Calvary, I know I can have them in school with me and coach them when they're older. It's one of the reasons I came to Calvary. Stan is the same way. He's got daughters there.

And some great rodeo competitors, too.

The kids played hard, we did a lot of things good today, things we can build on. We needed to get a game under our belt to see what needs improvement.
