The boys are sick but we just have to get on with it.

It's great to win something and I'm really pleased for the young boys, they did so well. We've used our whole squad over the weekend and the fans have had the chance to see the quality of player we're bringing through.

Dave Bowman is a great guy to have around the place because he's got tangerine blood running through his veins.

The X-ray we've already had done was encouraging, but he is, obviously, still feeling it. It might be a case of the scan showing him there is nothing seriously wrong and I am hoping for good news when he returns.

Barry played three games in eight days and is now in a bit of discomfort. But it's nothing too serious and I'd expect him to be in his usual place for the game on Saturday.

I have done more than enough talking and it's now time to be quiet. If I keep on saying the same things to the players they will switch off, so it will be a case of getting the head down and getting on with the hard work.
