The biggest thing is he's got range, and he's the best catch-and-shoot guy in Canada right now. Coming off screens, he gets his shot off real quick and that makes it real tough.

He has the range. We're just trying to get him to catch and shoot instead of putting it on the floor.

Derek has really developed into a scorer. He could always catch and shoot, but now he has a mid-range jumper and is driving to the basket more.

It's an awesome day for pairs skating in Canada. To have a young team coming up (Dube/Davison) and do what they've done this week is incredible.
