The biggest reason for the decision is the coach went to Colorado and I had a real good relationship with him. The only thing I didn't know was the situation they had at running back. It's a good situation for me to play and be able to compete.

Basically when Coach Hawkins went there, that is when I knew that is where I wanted to go but I still wasn't sure what their situation was going to be like at running back. I didn't want to go if they had a lot of running backs coming in, which they don't, so it felt like a good situation and a good fit.

(Colorado has) two junior running backs who are smaller guys coming back. I can contribute in short-yardage and goal-line situations early as a freshman.

That's a decision a defendant has to make. I believe he made the right one.

It's time we all came home. I mean there's no reason for us to be over there anymore. I think the mission is complete and I think what we set out to do is been done, people have suffered enough.
