The best time to look at what we can do better next year is during this year's fair. We're going to try to keep the quality entertainment coming next year.

The weather was just fantastic, we had wonderful entertainment on Saturday, and the place was just jam-packed.

I can tell you this: We were on track to equal or better last year's attendance, which was over 137,000. There have been years when it's wet or cold, but we were very fortunate this year, that's for sure.

People do love the entertainment. And when you have somebody like Ricky Skaggs, who's a country-music legend, we've already had a bunch of people call and e-mail in about his show.

We're confident we're going to break that record.

You think about how precious this time is together. We're all on that continuum.
