The bar told me by calling myself 'The Heavy Hitter,' it was false and misleading because it was stating I'm the only heavy hitter. It's beyond ridiculous.

Because I called myself the heavy hitter, I was implying that other attorneys were not heavy hitters, so I changed it to 'A' heavy hitter.

The Bar said we think that could be a dramatization. How many people are anxious about a big phone landing on them? As long as my advertising is true, I can say whatever I want.

They said it created anxiety. Does the average person really believe a giant phone is going to land on them?
