The balance of forces is fragile ... Neither of the two camps can say it represents the majority needed to make the major decisions on the future of the nation.

It's very unlikely for anyone to shift the balance in Egypt as long as the majority remains silent.

Most card users -- 56 percent -- always pay off their balance in full each month and the vast majority of the rest do so most of the time. What's important to them is the length of the interest-free period.
