The Albertsons name will remain, and Cerberus will bring in a chief executive officer and president.

The hope is they (Cerberus) can improve sales and improve margins to actually make it a better deal for us.

Cerberus is traditionally a long-term investor so they look for undervalued assets they can acquire and help grow.

The completion is not expected till mid-year and until then it is business as usual.
