The ability to have patients become mobile sooner is better for patient comfort as well as for staff productivity.

It seems like every year our line gets less talented, but our productivity goes up. We lost two key starters, and our productivity may go down a little bit, but hopefully it will just turn around like it always does.

It certainly is frustrating because it affects our productivity and our ability to communicate. People will be wondering why we're not answering our e-mails.

Yeah, I do. It's a big comfort level. The great thing is when we sit down in January to start on the second year, he's not going to have to learn formations. He already knows all the plays, all the formations. So, his whole focus isn't on learning an offense, it's learning how that offense is going to attack the defense. That's where the comfort level comes in in the second year.

We try to service our members to the best of our ability, and when they ask us to help them do something that will directly benefit their businesses, we do it.

Rob is a technical, aggressive central defender with the ability to attack out of the back. He is strong in the air and a great vocal leader in the back. Rob has a tremendous competitive nature along with leadership qualities, which is what we want in this incoming class.
