That's where the earnings are, that's where the jobs are. We've been living like this now for quite some time. I think it's going to continue.

At one time, most people didn't live long enough to enjoy their retirement. Now, people are living longer and they need to keep engaged and be contributing.

They are going to have to get costs down, they're going to have to cut more jobs. They have let down again after having just won friends - why should we trust Rolls again?

A lot of the small farmers couldn't make a living, so they went on to other jobs in other areas. Quite a few passed away, and their children didn't take their place. The town just evolved over time because of it.

Happiness is an inside job

We're seeing increasingly broad-based growth in jobs. It's a little bit better-distributed, which is good.
