That's what a team is all about. It's about doing whatever you have to do to compete, scrap and win. They did that and got to their third bowl game in three years, which is very exciting for those guys and this team.

I went in as the third guy last year and this year I'll be going in as the second guy.

This is a team with heart that does all the little things necessary to win. They compete. They hustle and they work hard. They don't let the little things bother them, and they just battle through it to try to be successful.

To collaborative team members, completing one another is more important than competing with one another.

I am hooked. Next year, I am looking to expand the team, looking to compete. I want to win.
